Corrosion resistance, self-cleaning solution

Reinforcement of glass fiber, polyester formula on the film's neutral, anti-static (neutral PH = 7), can prevent air, acid rain in the acid and alkali components of corrosion of light panels to make it brittle. The anti-static property of the film can make the rainwater directly wash away the dust or foreign matter falling on the light-reflecting board, and prevent the light-reflecting rate from being affected.

Resistance to aging and weathering

The reinforced resin has 0.15%-0.18% UV content before leaving the factory, and in the process of producing the light-reflecting board, 0.2% UV content is added to the reinforced resin, so that the UV content in the resin material reaches 0.35%-0.38%, which strengthens the resin's anti-aging and UV-resistant performance.

Diffuse Scattering Resolution

Thermosetting fiberglass with a length of 50mm and a diameter of 8-10um can make the sunlight refracted many times by the lighting board, and then make the light diffuse softly to the ground, so as to avoid making the temperature of a certain place in the workshop too high in hot weather. The glass fiber diameter of 8-10um is larger than the visible light wave 0.4-0.75um.

Cracking, waterproof solution

2 times the thermal expansion coefficient of steel plate (2.5*10cm/cm/°C), 104MPa tensile strength and standard guidance for the installation program can prevent cracking and dripping phenomenon after many years of use of light panels to ensure the quality of the project.
