1, Guarantee years

2, Lighting (lighting ratio, lighting belt arrangement)
According to the different illumination required by each working area, different light transmittance products can be used, the recommended light harvesting rate of 10%-25%, and from the ridge through the strip light to the eaves.FRP light harvesting board light transmittance is generally 50%-80%, available for different needs. In the light rate of about 10% of the time, the illumination can reach more than 100~150lex.

3, Wind pressure, snow pressure
The mechanical strength performance of different thicknesses of light-reflecting boards is also different. Wang Fengda can provide about 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm thick series of light sheet. By choosing different thicknesses of light panels and adopting special typhoon-resistant auxiliary parts, as well as adjusting the spacing of roofing strips, it can be adapted to the wind pressure or snow pressure in different areas. Generally speaking, the thickness of 1.5mm light board can span 1.5m of sandalwood, and its wind pressure can reach more than 1kpa.

4, thermal insulation, heat insulation and prevent condensation

(1)Double-layer skylighting boards achieve the purpose of heat preservation, heat insulation, noise reduction and condensation prevention by increasing the heat preservation layer.

(2) Coolite light panels in maintaining a certain light transmission rate at the same time, the heat penetration rate is greatly reduced, suitable for supermarkets, warehousing and logistics and other occasions.

5, Fire-proof, anti-smoke and melt-drop prevention

(1) Unite PT055 and Unite301 series of light panels are flammable (oxygen index of about 20%); in the event of a fire, rapid combustion, the formation of smoke belts, and combustion does not produce melt droplets.

(2) The oxygen index of the flame retardant light-retarding panel is more than 26%, which can reach the second level of flame retardant, and if the oxygen index is more than 30%, it can reach the first level of flame retardant.

(3) Shanghai Fire Bureau stipulates that more than 4000 square meters of the plant, the acceptance of its light panels must meet three indicators: a, light rate > 8%; b, light panels shall be flammable; c, light panels after combustion without melt droplets.

6, corrosion resistance

FRP material compared to the metal itself has good corrosion resistance, FRP light panels because of its surface coating film (Film) or the use of gel coat technology (GelCoat), its corrosion resistance can be greatly improved. Therefore, it can be used in a large number of occasions with general corrosion resistance requirements and unsuitable for the use of metal materials.

7, Color and light

The factory can provide light blue, milky white and colorless and other three colors of light board and color steel plate with. The light through the light is closest to natural light and soft light, does not produce a dazzling feeling, avoiding the color distortion and psychological depression brought by artificial lighting.

8, Installation and waterproof (please refer to the lap node diagram)

(1) Wave-type light-reflecting board and color steel plate waveform to maintain the same, easy to install lap and waterproof PC hollow plate and other materials to be better.

(2) Lighting board can achieve the same effect with color steel plate after installing color steel plate edge, can be convenient with color steel plate lap and waterproof performance is very good.
